Mike is a Florida native with an extensive marketing skillset and passion for advertising real estate.  Soon after receiving his bachelor’s in Management Information Systems in 1997, Mike developed and then operated a vacation rental advertising business for 10+ years as CEO and Owner. VRBO eventually acquired the business.

While Mike loves marketing properties, he’s equally passionate about his love of Saint Petersburg and the surrounding areas.  Mike has lived on the beach side and two areas near downtown, recognizing the different lifestyles that each location delivers. One example is when a $25B corporation signed Mike’s software consulting company to a 3-month contract, which then turned into an 8+ year contract. The relationship continued for over 8 years, thanks to Mike’s work ethic and passion for everything he tackles. Growing up on an avocado farm builds character, work ethic, establishes values, responsibility, and nurtures the skill of working together. Yes, Mike was raised on an avocado farm, one in which his dad still farms at 89 years young! Over 15 varieties and shipping to markets such as Publix and Winn-Dixie nationwide. Farm life taught Mike that no task or goal is too difficult. Where there is a will, there is a way. His dad was/is the epitome of a hard worker, having started an avocado farm while also flying for Delta Air Lines for 39 years. Mike learned the value of hard work from a very early age, actively helping on the farm from age six until college graduation.
