Yes, Mike was raised on an avocado farm, one in which his dad still farms at 89 years young! Over 15 varieties and shipping to markets such as Publix and Winn-Dixie nationwide. Farm life taught Mike that no task or goal is too difficult. Where there is a will, there is a way. His dad was/is the epitome of a hard worker, having started an avocado farm while also flying for Delta Air Lines for 30 years. Mike learned the value of hard work from a very early age, actively helping on the farm from age six until college graduation.
