A number of residents have golf carts they use for easy transportation around the neighborhood. There’s a great little market called Islander Market which has all of the basics and more. From mile and bread to boiled peanuts and steaks to craft beer and wine, it’s all just a two-minute drive away!

Shore Acres Elementary as the zoned local elementary school, a short drive away. In addition, a brand-new middle school was just constructed 1/2 mile from the elementary! There are multiple private schools within just 5 minutes of the community, including LCC which is practically in the middle of the neighborhood.

They say “location location location” when it comes to real estate. Well, Shore Acres is only around 12 minutes from Downtown St Pete, the Vinoy and marina. You’re also only around 30 minutes from Tampa, similar to many parts of St. Pete. They are directly across the street from each other! I’ve never seen anything quite like it, though they both seem to have enough patrons to operate successfully.
