I brought Colt here in search of 8yr old guitar lessons. Not their thing, but what we found was a guitar shop where Hendrix and Page could have brought their guitars for repair back in the day. Really neat place!

David Hosler has 40+ yrs experience designing, building, and repairing stringed instruments. Played lead guitar for many touring bands of the 80’s and early 90’s.

Taylor Guitars sought David out in ‘96 to join their team in California (after running his own guitar workshop). He became VP of Customer Service, Repair, and Quality Control.

David led the design of a number of Taylor products

David retired from Taylor in ‘15 and moved back to his home state of FL.

David and his son Joel opened Seven C in St Pete.

Joel’s resume is very impressive as well, w/ 25 yrs experience. Hired by Taylor in their final assembly dept, then became head trainer & repairman.

Joel toured in 90’s & early 2000’s, releasing multiple albums and worked w/ Grammy winning producers Rick Ruben & Nick Raskulinecz

Offers warranty service for Taylor, Martin, FENDER, Collings, Waterloo, Guild, Duesenberg, Fano & Eastman guitars

Fret work, pickups, structural repair, finish work from vintage Nitrocellulose Lacquer to modern UV Polyester.
