Vinoy Park - Downtown St Petersburg Waterfront
Vinoy Park in Downtown St Pete – Waterfront
Published on 02/08/21: I highly recommend spending a morning at Vinoy Park for a sunrise. Whether you use the expansive green space for an activity, use the meandering sidewalks for a stroll, or relax on one of the numerous benches with a cup of Joe, you can’t go wrong. The perfect scene is set with the new St. Pete Pier, Vinoy Marina, beautiful city skyline, and water lapping on the seawall…
While it was a late night last night (Go Bucs – Champa Bay!), this morning I did just that, visited to reflect and capture a few shots. The pictures don’t do the natural beauty justice, though gives you a general idea.
From the Waterfront Park’s Foundation website “Vinoy Park is 11.6 acres. It features beautiful views of Tampa Bay, the Pier, the Vinoy Hotel Marina and Downtown St. Petersburg. Its spacious open green space is often used for special events.”
