Churned Ice Cream in St Petersburg – Mobile

Published on 06/01/21: With our #LovingStPeteSweets series in mind, we were very excited to recently discover Churned Ice Cream! This is a new local venture, delivering all natural, handmade, ice cream to your door via a VW Bus! We want to share our great experience with you, plus give one lucky follower a gift card for 6 pints or 12 half pints of Churned ice cream!

Details on Churned

Churned Ice Cream is a brand-new venture created by husband and wife duo, Ray and Alyssa Wyatt. We of course had to check it out, so our street went in together on an order last week! To ensure we had a full spectrum of QA testing, the adults purchased just as many pints as the kids. 😁

In short, Ray and Alyssa have absolutely hit a home run with their creation! Not only is the ice cream fantastic, exceeding our already high expectations (since it’s homemade), the VW Bus was a nice surprise that we hadn’t fully grasped.

Diva, Their VW Bus

Their VW bus (‘Diva’, because she’s high maintenance) sets the scene and was certainly a hit amongst both kids and adults. She can be included in your ice cream event at the rate of $75/hr + ice cream sales or a $200+ ice cream purchase (2 hrs, pictures inside, etc). Pints are $8, half pints are $4. Delivery is free in St. Pete if you order at least 12 half pints or 6 pints!

Ray and Alyssa visited many great locations on their 5,500 mile cross country scouting trip last year, though St. Pete won out over all of them! We are very glad to have them here!
