The Old Northeast neighborhood nailed it again last night! Not just a few homes that turn into Hollywood Studios, always blocks of homes. My highlight reel here captures some great ones! 👻
Yep, I couldn’t resist, so checked out the scene after Colt went to bed. Always amazing! Hope everyone enjoyed their Halloween!

Old Northeast Halloween Decorations

I’ve written up the history of the Old Northeast in prior posts. Homes walkable to beautiful downtown St Pete, some with great Tampa Bay views, and ALL are just a short walk or bike ride to the waterfront. One of my favorite neighborhoods…I often mention it to clients.
Hope everyone is having a great week! The ol’ “life balance” approach has been helpful in so many ways, though was bummed not to partake in many Fall/Halloween activities this year. That being said, with our move behind us, I couldn’t be more excited for the next couple months. ‘tis the season!
