Published on 10/22/20: This evening we visited Paul’s Landing, poolside at The Vinoy downtown! Hard to go wrong with this beautiful view as your backdrop for a dinner or drink. With both marina and skyline views, Paul’s Landing captures St.Pete quite perfectly.

While the inside is certainly great (complete with very nice bar area), we recommend the outdoor patio dining, especially if you have children. Why? Well, adjacent to the patio is a very large artificial grass area with PLENTY of room for any restless ones to move around after dinner. Typically used for weddings and large events, our son loves this area…and we love the views, ambiance, food, and drinks. Win-win. From ‘Oyster Lobsterfeller’ to Fish Tacos to Shrimp and Grits, all of our meals have been tasty. Check out Paul’s Landing at the Vinoy Renaissance the next time you are out and about!

When not spending time with his beautiful wife and energetic son, Mike enjoys boating and is also an avid tennis player. An interesting fact about Mike is that he grew up on an avocado farm with over 15 varieties, some of which you can find in our local Publix/Winn Dixie as his dad still farms the same farm at 87 years old!
