The New Pier by Downtown Saint Petersburg!

Published on 10/01/20: Ahh, the new St Pete Pier! What a great spot and well worth the wait. Between tiki cabanas on the top floor, the view, spray grounds, beach area, green space for kids to let loose, great food and fun atmosphere, this is certainly a great spot to visit! There’s even live music sometimes on the weekend. Note that for the cabanas on the top floor, a minimum bar tab is required. Regardless, there are many other seats in the same area with similar views, with no bar tab required.

There’s also a fantastic playground that our son LOVES! It’s huge! (Playground was closed for maintenance yesterday, so no pics) Enjoyed our time last night – we’ll return and visit the multiple restaurant options individually! Doc Ford’s Rum Bar & Grille, Spa Beach Bistro, Driftwood, St Pete Teak
