My wife has frequented Estella Myers’ store over the years to avoid paying full price for Colt’s clothes, toys and other items. Now it’s time to show some love back! Colt seriously seems to outgrow clothes within 6 months and often tires of toys in same timeframe, all while many are still in great shape. Within the rotation of his clothes, some are seriously worn less than 5 times before they’re too small. Especially winter clothes, with many “literally” (Colt’s favorite word these days haha) having been worn only TWICE in the rotation. Don’t need winter clothes too often in these parts!

With the above in mind, Amy found locally owned Stellie Bellies and added it to our mix for both buying and selling. Estella carries clothing sizes from preemie through size 8, toys, strollers, shoes and has the “biggest selection in town of maternity clothing”! While the store is particular when buying items (some of ours don’t make the cut), this translates to being able to find practically new stuff for a fraction of the price. And for those who are into name brands, Estella has you covered too, you’ll find plenty.

Stellie Bellie’s has been in business for over 20 years and “strives to provide exceptional service and a wonderful shopping experience.” They’ve lived up to that on Amy’s visits and the couple times I was tasked with dropping off items. 

Looking to Sell?

Appointments are not necessary, though trades are only accepted on Mon, Tues, & Thurs. You won’t receive cash, though will receive in-store credit. I imagine this allows the store to maintain consistent supply and demand, making it a win-win. You’ll receive approximately 50% of what they’ll sell your items for in their store. The credit expires 1 year from date of trade, so make sure you use it!

Requirements for Stellie Bellies to Buy Your Items

“Clothing must be in excellent condition, of current style and in-season, freshly laundered, and neatly organized (outfits together). Clothing should be wrinkle free. All toys, furniture and equipment must be current, clean, and in good working condition, and must include all original parts and be free of recalls!”

Maternity Clothes: Stellie Bellies sells/buys Petite thru Plus Sizes, casual, executive, formal wear, bathing suits, sleepwear, and nursing attire.

Baby Gear: Exersaucers, baby carriers, walkers, swings, play yards, high chairs, boosters, car seats, tables/chairs, gates, strollers, monitors, baby bedding, child potties, and other baby needs.

Books & Games: Games, Movies, and Books must be in like-new condition.

Furniture: Stellie Bellies buys and sells newer-style cribs, changing tables, dressers, bassinets, toddler beds, and co-sleepers.
