Zoo Tampa Christmas in the Wild

Published on 12/24/21: If you’re looking for something a bit different, ZooTampa at Lowry Park has “Christmas in the Wild” going on until December 30th. I just confirmed they have ticket availability between Dec 26th-30th. Cost is .95, though if you’re a member of the zoo, it’s free. So whether you attend this year or another year, keep it on your radar.

ZooTampa Decorated For the Holidays

In short, the zoo is decorated, they provide a few activities such as cookie decorating and also have some rides operating. We certainly saw animals, though keep in mind many are sleeping. Plus, the obvious, ‘not as easy to see them at night’ (except those in areas with lights). Made for a fun evening with friends and something a bit different! They serve alcohol as well, even a full bar in one area. 🍷🍻
