Spring Themed Activity Suggestions in St Pete

Published on 04/09/22: A family with young children asked me for ‘Spring Themed Activity Suggestions’ in the Tampa Bay area for this coming week/weekend. Easter Egg Hunt and Bounce House

We attended this Easter egg hunt yesterday in Denver Park, hosted by the Shore Acres Civic Association and Remax for the families of the Shore Acres / Venetian Isles community. I was hesitant to mention in advance given it was sponsored by the Association (members pay $20 annual fee). Free food, etc. Either way, I loved seeing the residents of this local community come together as ONE!

Introducing Clients to St Pete

Speaking of community, I introduced a nice couple from Virginia to beautiful St Pete this week. I found them a property on Snell Isle and they now love the Tampa Bay area as much as we do! They also learned that while it’s a competitive market, you don’t always need a cash offer, nor the highest offer to get the property of your dreams. As I looked around yesterday, as one of our many communities came together, it made me realize why I’m proud to do what I do. We’re more than just beaches, waterfront living and vacation life.…we’re about community as well! Cheers
