Big Changes for Our Family – Moving

By Published On: September 21st, 2022
Published on 9/21/22: Giveaway below for authentic Happiness signs, plus you’ll find the winners of my Unlimited Video Games and Arcade giveaway!🕹 While I normally giveaway gift cards to locally owned businesses, I’m mixing it up this time (after discussion with Gary King) to provide extra exposure to Gary’s great cause.
For new followers, I highlight local activities, restaurants, nature spots, hidden gems, date nights (starting tomorrow) plus fun day trips. All suggestions are typically rated 4.5+ per Google Reviews, the best of the best. However, there’s been some changes lately for our family…

I Sold our Home!

Those who follow my ‘stories’, know that we sold our home and moved over the last 2 months. I’ll always sympathize with my clients during this process. Likely a top ten stressful life event for many.

For a Neighborhood Record – 45% more per sqft

Downside of selling my own home is that it meant less time for LovingStPete posts, aka “adventures” with Colt. Upside was that I set a record for our neighborhood, selling for 45%+ more per sqft than the highest previous in 2021. That’s even after the market shifted, though fortunately hard work and marketing still prevail.

New LovingStPete Partnership with HB Realty

My new LovingStPete Team with HB Realty has exclusive access to directly market your property to 250K+ people. This is above and beyond the typical MLS avenues. I’ll now also give followers a significant discount for listing properties with the LovingStPete Team, and buyers will receive up to $1,000’s back at closing via gift cards to locally owned businesses that I’ve written up. These are gift cards I purchase, to Support Local, and give you a roadmap of great places to visit in our community! #DealSigned #SpreadingTheLove #SupportLocal #WinWin
More to come in time, though if you’re considering buying or selling, simply message me for details on my new LovingStPete Team. A shoutout to my prior broker Northstar Realty, for my time with them. A great group to work with these last couple years!

Enter my giveaway for an authentic Happiness sign by simply commenting below with something you learned while moving. Ie, I learned that locally owned Swift Moves, St Petersburg FL has incredible communication and made our move much easier. A 4.7/5 rating for a reason. One winner from Instagram & one from Facebook will be selected on Fri morning! (9/23)
Some of you know these “Happiness” signs, placed by Gary King as part of his Happiness Experiment. This isn’t an endorsement by Gary of LovingStPete, rather my endorsement of Gary’s efforts around our community. Follow his page The Happiness Formula if you haven’t already. Post coming soon with more info.

Congrats to the winners of my Unlimited Video Games giveaway!
